Once you have made the purchase, you will receive a confirmation email in your email.

In the case you have not received it (be sure to check your promo/spam folder), don’t worry. Contact with our online customer support team at eshop@eseoese.com and we will contact you as soon as possible.

Due to the new Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) law which came into force on 1 January, to complete your purchase you have to:
1. Go to the private section on your bank.
2. Check your payment details and authorize the purchase.
3. Once you have authorized it correctly, go back to eseOese’s website and finalize the process.

Important! Be sure that you have received the confirmation email or that your order appears in MY ORDERS section.

HOME DELIVERY ORDERS

You will receive an email with the tracking number so that you know the status of your order at any time. You can track your order in ‘My account > My orders’ via our website. 

Status that may appear:

- In process: we are preparing your order with a lot of love in our offices.

- In transit: your parcel has been collected by the carrier and it is in transit to its destination.

- In delivery: your parcel is very close, and you will receive it throughout the day.

- Delivered: your parcel has been delivered to your house. Enjoy it!

- Temporary incidence: something happens with the delivery of your parcel.
We advise you to contact with our online customer support team via email, eshop@eseoese.com, or by phone at 934 852 115, and we will find a solution as soon as possible.


WAIT! Some details to keep in mind for the delivery of the package:

- Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are excluded from delivery times. We respect national, regional and local holidays from the place where our warehouse & logistics center is located.

- During sales and promotions, deliveries may be experience delays and in-store deliveries may not be available temporarily.

- Possible delays in delivery may be due to several reasons, unforeseen circumstances, of force majeure, and if delivery area is located in rural or remote areas.

Seur, GLS or UPS will take care of delivery.

In the case you are not at home at the time of delivery, the carrier will contact you directly to arrange a new delivery.

If this is repeated on several occasions, the shipping agency will return the order to our warehouse. We will send you an email and we will consider your non-answer to this email, and as order cancellation you will receive your refund within 24-48h.

You have a period of 15 days to pick up your package at the store.

If your order stays in our stores more than 15 days, we will send you an email, you may have forgotten. We will consider your non-answer to this email, and as order cancellation you will receive your refund within 24-48h.

In the case of in-store delivery, you will receive an email when the order arrives at the selected store.

Once you get there, you will have to show the confirmation email from your mobile device. In the case someone else goes to the store, we will need the email anyway.

If you’ve got the wrong delivery address, we advise you to contact as soon as possible with the Customer Support Department, preferably by phone at 934 852 115 and they will contact the shipping agency.

We cannot assure the change of address once the package has left our warehouse. Of course, we will do our best!

If you have not received the order within the deadline, send an email to eshop@eseoese.com indicating the number of your order.

We will find a solution!

If you want to send your order as a gift, indicate it at checkout by selecting IT'S A GIFT?: Yes.

We will take out the prices, wrap it as a gift and insert the invoice without the cost of the items.

Ah! You can also accompany it with a personalized postcard that you can write in the box that will appear.
