If you prefer, you may make your return on your own, whether by postal mail or by courier:

1. FILL UP THE DELIVERY SLIP

Don't forget to check the boxes next to the items you want to return. If you don't have the ticket ― order confirmation―, you may print it in the section My Account.

2. PREPARE YOUR RETURN:

Pack the items you wish to return with their original package or put them in another one of the same size and capacity. Garments shall be in perfect condition and must be accompanied with their corresponding ticket ― order confirmation ―. Write the data of the sender and the address of delivery somewhere visible on the package, and send it to the following address:

3. PERFORM THE DELIVERY

You may send your return through your method of choice, but we recommend certified mail or attested by an acknowledgment of receipt. Otherwise, we cannot accept responsibility in case of loss or delivery of the package in poor condition.

4. REFUND:

Once we receive the returned items, the refund will be processed using the same method of payment used for the purchase, within 14 working days. Remember that the transport costs of the return will be borne by you.

Once we receive the return in our premises, we'll send you a confirmation e-mail. Remember that, for us to process the refund, all items must be in perfect condition, have all their outer and inner labels, and be kept in their original package.

Within 14 working days you'll receive the amount using the same payment method used for the purchase. Bear in mind that the deposit in your credit card depends always on your bank, and it may take a few days to appear in your account.

For home collections, the transport costs will be deducted from your refund. Remember that refunds do not include the shipping costs you paid when you ordered the items.

In order to approve a return, all items must be in perfect conditions, have all their inner and outer labels, and be kept in their original package.

Returns are only available for items purchased online.

If the return or exchange is due to a shipping or product error by us, we'll collect the package at the address your provide us, and all costs of return will be borne by us, as well as the shipping costs of the correct items in case of exchange.
